Using the app, you can find spare parts, open a service call, contact the Electra call center, keep up to date with all the latest news and events, and register a warranty for a new air conditioner.
The new Electra PRO app is used by HVAC installers and technicians. Emphasis has been placed on the app’s user experience, with the goal of making life easier for these installers and technicians as they do their daily work.
Many resources were invested in the app’s development and a large team was assigned to the project, beginning with the specification phase, correctly defining installers’ needs, a modern design, and hybrid programming for Android and iPhone.
The app also gives technicians different payment options, including putting the debt towards a tab, or paying directly by credit card.
When building the application, an option was added for activating an air conditioner warranty directly from the customer’s home. If one house has several air conditioners, the technician can enter a phone number and see all the air conditioners installed at that address with just one tap of a button.
Electra also gives the installer the option to earn points for every warranty activation. These points can be redeemed in the app by purchasing gifts from the BuyMe app.
